Kennedy Book Store is the #1 bookstore in Wildcat Country. Privately owned and operated, Kennedy’s has served the University of Kentucky community for over sixty years. We maintain the area's largest supply of used textbooks to help students save money and buy back books every business day. Kennedy’s carries textbooks for law, allied health, and independent study disciplines as well as Bluegrass Community and Technical College textbooks. Our general book section includes study aids, test preparation guides and technical handbooks.
Kennedy Book Store has the corner on Big Blue Spirit, with more University of Kentucky clothing, gifts and souvenirs under one roof than anyone else - worldwide! We have a separate facility dedicated to art, engineering, architecture and interior design supplies. Our Greek Shop has a wide variety of sorority and fraternity apparel & novelties. Kennedy’s carries computer software at academic prices, computer books and assessories.
Store hours vary, depending on the season of the school year. Please check our Store Hours for current open/close times. We gladly accept all major credit cards and the UK Plus Account. Other services include a mail drop, postage stamps, custom framing and fax services.
